个人简介:周磊,男,1989年生,湖南隆回人,博士,硕士生导师,系主任。承担《水生生物多样性与保护》《发现生物信息学之美:R语言及应用》《海洋生态学》《渔业资源学》等本科、研究生课程的教学。目前致力于水生生物多样性保护与利用研究,探索新型方法如环境基因组学、水声学等在水生生物多样性监测与保护中的应用。近年来探究了多重人类活动干扰下多营养级水生生物群落的响应特征和群落构建机制,系统开展了人工鱼类生境构建、碳汇和净水渔业、外来鱼类早期监测与预警及生态效应评估、名贵濒危鱼类的人工保育和优异种质资源挖掘等研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大项目子课题、广东省自然科学基金、广州市科技计划项目等各类项目10余项。以第一或通讯作者在Science, Water Research, Scientific Data, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment, Aquaculture, Environmental ResearchSCI期刊发表论文30余篇,获得多件授权专利和软件著作权。担任iMeta、水生态学杂志青年编委、Diversity客座主编,Commun. Biol., Water Res., Mol. Ecol., J. Hazard. Mater., mSphere, Sci. Total Environ.40余个杂志应邀审稿人。出版《珠江鱼类图鉴》(科学出版社,2018、《珠江口鱼类多样性与资源保护》(中国农业出版社出版,2018等专著或教材7部。指导本科生发表SCI论文10余篇(含第一作者2篇);指导的研究生多次荣获华农之星、优秀毕业研究生、中国电信奖学金·天翼奖(全校唯一)、国家奖学金、大北农励志奖学金、一等学业奖学金等。

研究方向:

主要从事渔业资源保护与利用、水域生态学及生态基因组学研究。
