个人简介

胡伟慧,女,副教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于香港科技大学,曾任香港科技大学Research Associate一年。近年来,主持包括国家自然科学基金(青年科学基金项目)、广东省自然科学基金(面上项目)、广东省基础与应用基础区域联合基金-青年基金项目、广州市基础与应用基础研究专题项目等科研课题4项,横向课题1项。另外,主持华南农业大学校级质量工程项目和研究生教育创新计划项目各一项。已在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Phytomedicine》、《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》、《FASEB Journal》、《Journal of Functional Foods》、《Frontiers in pharmacology》等SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利和实用新型专利5项,其中授权3项。
