Wang Changming, director of human resources department, led the team to carry out the planning and investigation of the "14th five year plan" teaching staff in our hospital
According to the College of Marine Sciences'requirements for the preparation of the 14th Five-Year Plan, on the morning of May 13, Director Wang Changming of the Personnel Department came to our college to investigate the planning of the 14th Five-Year Plan for the construction of teachers and to hold a discussion with the leaders of the Party and government, department directors and the director of the experimental center. Dai Xuefei, Deputy Director of Personnel Department, Huang Chucheng, Cao Hanlin, Head of Professional Title Teachers Section, and Dai Wenlang, Director of Talents Office, accompanied the research activities. On behalf of College of Marine Sciences, Comrade Xin Qixing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ocean College, and Chairman Qin Qiwei, express our heartfelt thanks to Director Wang Changming and his delegation for their arrival.
The meeting was presided over by Wang Changming, Director of Personnel Department. He first introduced the purpose and significance of the school's organizing the research activities, and explained the planning of the "14th Five-Year Plan" faculty construction.
Professor Qin Qiwei, President of the College, reported on the construction of the faculty in terms of development orientation, working ideas, discipline ranking and development needs. The College of Marine Sciences, the Head of the Laboratory Center and other team members are in charge of their business. They point out the bottlenecks of the development of the faculty in terms of the gap of admission indicators, talent evaluation and management, the system of job title evaluation and appointment, and the demand for construction funds. They also put forward some good suggestions on the future admission plan of the College and the reform of the school's talent management system.
At the meeting College of Marine Sciences, Secretary Xin Qixing made a summary, pointing out that the establishment of the College is short, the strength of the faculty is still relatively weak, and there is still a certain distance from the colleagues of domestic colleges and universities. In addition, there are many difficulties in the early stage of the development of the college. I hope that the school will give support and guidance in formulating corresponding policies in the future.
After the meeting, Director Wang Changming of the Personnel Department thanked all comrades of the College for their valuable opinions and suggestions, conveyed the requirements of the school's planning for the construction of the 14th Five-Year Teacher Team, and hoped that under the unified leadership of the school in the future, based on reality, highlighting key points, defining responsibilities, and constantly improving the overall level of the College's teaching staff.
