Qin Qiwei, male, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor, dean of the Ocean College, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, scholar of the Excellent “Hundred Talents Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and recipient of the special government allowance of the State Council, “National Century 100 Million Project” The candidate, the fifth National Excellent Science and Technology Worker, the director of the China Ocean and Limnology Society, and the vice chairman of the Fish Disease Professional Committee of the Chinese Fisheries Society. He has been engaged in marine microbiology and aquatic conservation research and teaching for many years at home and abroad, such as the National Aquaculture Research Institute of Japan, the University of Tokyo, the National University of Singapore, and Sun Yat-Sen University.
