Marine College undergraduates publish SCI papers

Liu Yongchun and Wuche, level 2016 undergraduates of her school of Oceanography, published online entitled  The Letters U

Nexpected of Diversity on the International journal FEMS Microbiology Microbial (5-year impact factor 2.096) Research paper by communities associated and black corals revealed by high-throughput Illumina sequencing  (Online Publis Hing Site:https://academic.oup.com/femsle/article-abstract/365/15/fny167/5047306?redirectedfrom=fulltext).

At present, S is little research on coral microorganisms in the South China Sea Pointe-noire. In this study, the diversity and structure of microbial communities in pointe-noire corals (Antipathes ceylonensis and A. Dichotoma) in the South China Sea were investigated by the third generation of high-throughput sequencing, and a total of Bacterial doors and 3 ancient fungus doors were obtained.  Although most of the microbial doors obtained have been reported at other corals, and is eight types of bacterial of doors  (Including Synergistetes, Thermi, AncK6, GNO2, NKB19, NC10, WWE1 and GAL15) and an ancient fungus gate Parvarchaeota were

First discovered in Pointe-noire corals in the South China Sea.

Our research has expanded our understanding of the diversity and structure of coral microbial populations. The thesis is the research result of the 2017 college students ' innovative Entrepreneurship project, the group sensitive  Inhibitor of coral microbial sources in the South China Sea and its research on anti-marine fouling, and the instructor is An associate professor of Zhangxiaoyong of Ocean Academy.
